Title: Saucy Baked Chili Chicken Categories: Tex-mex, Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken Yield: 6 Servings PATTERSON DMDG94A 3 lb Chicken -- cut up 10 1/2 oz Can condensed cream of Mushr 1/2 Soup can of milk 2 tb Instant minced onions 4 ts Chili powder 10 1/2 oz Pkg baby lima beans -- Frozen place chicken in large shallow casserole, uncovered, in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Combine mushroom soup, milk, onions, chili powder, and lima beans in saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Pour off chicken fat from casserole, spoon soup mixture over chicken.
