Title: Sausage and Egg Casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

1 lb Pork sausage; cooked and
-drained
2 1/4 c Milk
10 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
5 sl Bread; torn into pieces

Mix milk, eggs, mustard and salt together in a large bowl. Add cooled
sausage, cheese and bread. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Let sit
in the refrigerator overnight. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes. Check to see
that center is firm, if not, bake a little longer.
