Title: Sausage and Egg Casserole #1

6 Eggs
2 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
3 -(up to)
4 sl Day old bread; crumbled
1 lb Sausage; cooked, crumbled
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

In a 2-quart casserole layer bread, sausage & cheese in that order. Beat
eggs, milk, salt & mustard together & pour on top. Bake at 350 for 40
minutes or until set. May be made the day before. Yields 8-10 servings.
