Title: Sausage Spanish Rice Categories: Sausage Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Sausage 2 tb Sausage fat 1 Onion; sliced 1 c Uncooked rice 3 1/2 c Canned tomatoes 2 c Water 1 c Diced celery 1 1/2 ts Salt Saute sausage in large skillet. Remove sausage and pour out fat (all but 2 tablespoons or enough to fry onion and rice). Cook onion and rice in fat until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and sausage. Bring to a boil.
