Title: Savoury Chicken Liver Kebabs

Yield: 4 Servings

125 g Rindless streaky bacon
500 g Chicken livers
12 Cherry tomatoes
125 g Button mushrooms
12 Prunes, stoned
70 g Butter, melted

Wrap a bacon rasher around each chicken liver and secure with a tooth pick.
Thread the bacon wrapped livers, tomatoes, mushrooms and prunes alternately
onto skewers. Brush with melted butter and braai over moderate coals for
about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

NOTES : We call BBQ - Braai.
