Title: Scandinavian Rice Pudding(Crockpot Style) Categories: Crockpot, Desserts, Fruits Yield: 1 Servings 4 Eggs beaten 2 c Milk -- scalded 2 c Half& half -- (light) c Sugar 1 Tesp Tesp 1/4 Tesp 2/3 c Chopped dates -- or raisins 3 To 3/12 c Vanilla Cinnamon Nutmeg Rice 1. In pot, combine all ingred. Cover and heat. 2. Cook at med heat for 2 hours, stirring every hour. Reduce to Med - Low heat to keep warm for serving or chill for serving.
