Title: Scented Geranium Muffins Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 tb Butter -- melted 1 Egg 1/2 c Milk 1 c Unbleached white flour 1/4 c Sugar 1 pn Salt 1 ts Baking powder 1/3 To 1/2 c Beaten Scented geranium blossoms Combine butter, egg and milk. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in half of the blossoms. Pour into greased mini- muffin pans. Sprinkle remining blossoms over the top surface of the muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 min., or until lightly browned.
