1/2 lb Salami; 1/2 inch thick, cut

8 Eggs; lightly beaten

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium
high heat. Saut‚ salami strips 3-4 minutes until they brown lightly,
stirring with a wooden spoon. Stir in eggs and cook about 1 minute, until
