Title: Seafood Casserole #1 Categories: Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 3 tb Flour 3 tb Melted butter 1 c Milk 1/2 c White wine 1/2 c Sharp Cheddar cheese 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 3/4 lb Cooked crab meat 1 pk Lobster tails; cooked 1 lb Shrimp; cooked Mix flour & butter in pan & gradually add milk, cooking until thick. Slowly blend in wine, grated cheese & Worcestershire. Cook until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6. MRS G.W.
