Title: Seafood Lasagna Rollups

6 Lasagna noodles, cooked
15 oz Italian style tomato sauce
1 lb Imatation crab, approx
1 c Ricotta cheese, or cottage
Cheese
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 Egg
1 tb Parsley flakes

Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cold water, and drain well.

Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 cup filling on each
noodle. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour
sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 minutes. Garnish
with grated cheese
