Title: Sesame Pork Ribs Categories: Pork, Crock pot Yield: 2 Servings 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 2 2/3 tb Soy sauce 2 2/3 tb Ketchup 1 1/3 tb Honey 2 ts Cider vinegar 1 Clove garlic; minced 1/3 ts Ground ginger 1/3 ts Salt 2/3 ds Red pepper flakes; to 1/2 -tsp. 1 2/3 lb Country-style pork ribs 1/3 md Onion; sliced 2 ts Sesame seeds; toasted 2 ts Chopped green onions In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add ribs and turn to coat. Place the onion in a 5-quart slow cooker; arrange ribs on top. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees.
