2 c Italian tomatoes
4 tb Capers
3 Cloves garlic
1 c Chopped onion
Ground pepper
1 c Red wine
Olive oil
Pasta

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes,
capers and black pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Finish with wine and simmer for
5-10 minutes more. Serve on al-denti pasta.
