Title: Shredded Slaw with Creamy Horseradish Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Finely shredded green
-cabbage
1/2 Red bell pepper; julienned
1/2 c Snow peas; blanched and
-julienned
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Sour cream
1 tb Cider vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard
2 ts Bottled horseradish; drained
Tabasco; to taste

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage
until well coated.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 servings
