Title: Shrimp (Or Crab) Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

1 cn Condensed tomato soup
8 oz Cream cheese
1 1/2 Envolope Knox gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
1 c Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c Diced celery
1/2 c Diced onion
1 lb Cooked shrimp ( I use the
-already cooked canned small
-ones; drained and rinsed)
1/2 ts Seasoned salt

Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add cream cheese and heat until melted.
Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot soup. Let
cool. Use a wisk and blend in mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Grease a
mold with a little mayonnaise and put mixture in mold and chill for several
hours. Serve with crackers.

You can also add some hot sauce if you prefer a hotter version. This is
also good make with imitation crab.
