Title: Shrimp Destin Categories: S_living, Seafood, Main dish Yield: 1 Servings 2 lb Unpeeled large fresh shrimp 1/4 c Chopped green onions 2 ts Minced garlic 1 c Butter or margarine -- Melted 1 tb White wine 1 ts Lemon juice 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Coarsely ground pepper 1 ts Dried whole dillweed 1 ts Chopped fresh parsley 2 French rolls -- split Lengthwi And toasted Peel and devein shrimp.Saute green onions and garlic in butter until onions are tender. Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in dillweed and parsley. Spoon shrimp mixture over toasted rolls, and serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.NOTE: Shrimp Destin may also be served over hot cooked rice instead of rolls, if desired.
