Silken Chocolate Pie
Title: Silken Chocolate Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 ct Firm silken (Japanese) tofu 6 oz Chocolate chips (up to 8) 2 tb Maple syrup 1 Graham cracker crust from my friend Joy Steinberg Beat tofu at high in mixer about 5 minutes or so until smooth. Melt chocolate chips and beat into tofu mixture. Beat in maple syrup. Pour into prepared crust. Chill at least 2 hours. I find overnight is even better.
