Title: Simple Green Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Torn lettuce (up to 3) 2 tb Olive or veg. oil 2 tb Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Italian seasoning 1/2 ts Sugar 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Garlic powder 1/8 ts Pepper Divide lettuce among two plates. combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; drizzle over lettuce and serve immediately. Serves 2. MY NOTES: I didn't serve "immediately" Make salad and dressing ahead of time. Store separately in fridge and drizzle dressing over salad before or during dinner.
