Title: Simple Pan-Fried Fish Categories: Fish Yield: 4 Servings 1 (2-lb) fish 4 -(up to) 6 tb Oil Soy sauce 1. Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of "Basic Braised Soy Fish". 2. Heat oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish until done (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce and serve.
