5 tb Soya or Tamari sauce (up to
-6)
1 ts Lemon or lime juice
2 Cloves finely ground garlic
1 ts Finely ground ginger
-(optional)
1 tb Hot sauce or ground pepper
-to taste

In a small mixing bowl combine all.

Pierce the thawed salmon steaks, then pour marinade over them. Let sit for
30 minutes turn over coat the other side and let sit, againg.

turn on broiler or toaster over, to broil....and cook 3 MINUTES only on
each side....Eat and enjoy
