Title: Smoked Salmon and Roasted Pepper Dip Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Low fat cottage cheese 1/4 c Reduce fat cream cheese 4 oz Sliced smoked salmon; -coarsely chopped 1 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice 1/2 ts Horseradish 1/4 ts Salt 1 lg Red bell pepper -roasted;peeled,seeded 2 tb Snipped fresh chives Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor;process until smooth about 2 minutes.Add salmon,lemon juice,horseradish and salt.Process until salmon is finely chopped,about 1 minute.Finely dice red bell pepper.add to salmon mixture with chives.Stir to combine.
