Smokey Salmon Nuggets
Title: Smokey Salmon Nuggets Categories: Smoked Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Flaked; smoked salmon 1 1/2 c Seasoned mashed potatoes 1 Egg; beaten slightly 1 ts Onion; grated 1/2 c Cornflake crumbs; fine 1 ds Pepper; to taste Oil for deep frying Combine fish, potatoes, egg, onion and pepper. Beat until smooth. Chill well. Portion fish mixture with a 1/4 cup measure. Shame into balls. Roll in cornflake crumbs. Fry in hot, deep fat, 350 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned. Serve hot with your favorite egg or cheese sauce. Makes 12 balls.
