Title: Smokey Salmon Pate - Ames Center for Diabetes Categories: Diabetic, Holidays, Seafood, Pate Yield: 40 Appetizers 1 c Salmon (15oz) 2/3 c Cottage cheese, low fat 1/4 ts Liquid smoke seasoning 1 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Onion; minced 2 tb Olives, ripe; finely chopped 1 ts Worchestershire sauce 1/2 ts Paprika Drain salmon and chop fine, or mash with a fork. Press cottage cheese through a strainer, or blend smooth; combine with salmon and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
