Title: Smoky Bean Dip Categories: Digest, August, Fatfree Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn Garbanzo beans 1 4-oz can chopped green Chilies 1/4 c Bottled no-fat barbecue Sauce (I used Healthy Choice Ickory) 1 ts Ground cumin 1 ts Minced garlic Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
