Snickerdoodle Cookies
Title: Snickerdoodle Cookies Categories: None Yield: 48 Servings 1 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Margarine, softened 1 ts Vanilla 2 Eggs 2 3/4 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Cream of tartar 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Sugar 2 ts Cinnamon Heat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt; blend well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Combine 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in powdered sugar (coat heavily). Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300F for 15 minutes or until edges are set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
