Sombrero Dip

Yield: 12 Servings

2 lb Ground beef
1 c Chopped onion
1 Bottle hot-stype catsup
4 ts Chili powder (or more)
2 ts Salt
2 cn Refried beans
1 ts Cumin seed
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c Chopped onions
1/2 c Stuffed olives; sliced

Brown meat & 1 cup onions until well cooked. Stir in catsup, chili powder,
salt & cumin seed. Add refried beans. Stir & heat thoroughly. Can be
refrigerated at this point until needed or put into chafing dish to use
immediately. Garnish the top with 1/2 cup onions, sliced olives & cheese.
Serve with tostados.
