Title: Sonora Cheese Dip

2 c Monterey Jack cheese;
-shredded
2 c Mild cheddar cheese;
-shredded
6 Green onions; sliced
2/3 c Sweet red pepper; finely
-chopped
2 tb Jalapeno peppers, seeded;
-finely chopped

Melt together cheeses in the top of a double boiler over simmering water
for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in green onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
