Sour Cream Lemon Pie
Title: Sour Cream Lemon Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 tb Softened butter 1 c Sugar 3 Eggs; separated 3 tb Flour 1/2 ts Salt 3 tb Lemon juice 2 ts Lemon rind 3/4 c Water or milk 3/4 c Sour cream 1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks. Add flour, salt, lemon juice, rind and water or milk and sour cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Makes 1 9-inch pie. I forgot to include the number of eggs! Among the recipe ingredients should be *3 eggs, separated.* Sometimes the fingers are quicker than the brain!
