Title: Sour Cream Rolls, Abm Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/4 c Water 1/4 c Sour cream 1/4 c Butter -- small pieces 1 Whole egg -- large 2 c Flour -- bread 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1 pk Active dry yeast Combine ingredients in bread machine. Process in dough cycle. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4-5 times; divide in half. Shape each portion into 9 rolls, and place in an 8-inch round pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place, (85degrees) free from drafts, 40 minutes or until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-to-12 minutes.
