Title: Sourdough Biscuits #3 Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 1 c Sourdough starter 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Soda 1 c Flour 2 ts Baking powder 4 tb Shortening; melted From: waring@infomail.com (Sam Waring) Date: 6 Jan 1995 21:48:07 -0500 Mix ingredients. Roll or pat dough 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Cut 2 inch biscuits or drop on greased pan. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
