Sourdough Rye Bread
Title: Sourdough Rye Bread Categories: Bread machi, Breads Yield: 1 Servings 2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast 2 2/3 c Bread flour; or all purpose 3/4 c Rye flour 3 tb Caraway seeds 1 ts Salt 1/3 c Sourdough starter 1 c Water 1 tb Malt Syrup; *Note, -- Opt Nice bread! For the one pound loaf. Any sourdough starter will work. *NOTE or maple syrup, an orange syrup will impart a hint of orange! On Basic Bread Cycle, load all ingredients in machine according to Manufacturer's instructions. Malt or barley syrup is available at some health food stores. It affects only the color of the bread.
