2 c Tvp, dry
1 3/4 c Boiling water
1 cn Tomatoes, canned -- 28 oz
1 ts Basil
1 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Thyme
1 ts Salt
1 Pepper -- to taste
1 tb Chili powder
1 Onion -- diced

Reconstitute TVP in boiling water. Simmer TVP, and all the ingredients to
blend.
