Southern Pecan Pie
Title: Southern Pecan Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings Favorite 1 crust pastry -recipe 2 tb Flour 2 tb Sugar 3 Eggs, lightly beaten 2 c Dark corn syrup 1 ts Vanilla 1 c Pecan halves Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a 9" pie plate with the pastry. Combine flour and sugar and add to eggs, beating well. Add the corn syrup, vanilla and pecans, stirring well to blend. Pour pecan mixture into the pie shell and bake 10 minutes.
