4 Flour tortillas
1 c Barbecued pork pull
1 c Grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Top each
tortilla with some pork and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 8 to 10
minutes or until bubbly and tortilla is crisp.

Yield: 4 servings
