Title: Southwest Chicken and Rice Categories: Poultry, Main dish Yield: 4 Servings 1 pk Success Rice, cooked -according to package -directions 3 lb Chicken pieces 2 ts Vegetable oil 1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper 1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper 1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz) 1/4 c Water 1 tb Wyler's Chicken-Flavor -Instant Bouillon 1 tb Chili powder 1 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Paprika 1/4 ts Ground cumin In a large non-stick skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove from skillet. Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
