Spaghetti Sauce 5
Title: Spaghetti Sauce 5 Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn Tomato paste 2 cn Stewed or diced tomatos (one -of each if I have both) 1 cn Tomato sauce Green onions Garlic 1 pk Ground beef Crushed red pepper md Red onion Basil Salt Oregano Pepper (black and cayenne-to -taste) 2 tb Brown sugar (it kills the -acidity from the tomatos!) ----------------------------OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS---------------------------- (if I have them available-I -like to include fresh -vegetables if possible) Mushrooms Zucchini Splash of red wine I start by cooking the garlic and onions. Then I throw in the beef and brown. Then come the tomatos and spices. Then the brown sugar. Finally I add the vegetables if I have them. I let it simmer for about 20 minutes and voila!
