Title: Spanish Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 6 lb Spinach 2 cn Spam ham 2 Eggs Salt 1 Already made pie crust 2 Chopped onions You cook spinach in salt water, then when cooked, you drain and chop up. Then you saute onions, then you add spinach and add diced ham and a pinch of salt to taste. When mixture is cool, add raw eggs and mix well. Then you fill already made pie crust with mixture.
