Spazle Noodles
Title: Spazle Noodles Categories: Cooper, German, Pasta Yield: 4 Servings 250 g Flour 2 Whole eggs; beaten slightly 1 ts Salt 125 ml Water 125 ml Milk Mix everything together until the blisters pop. Press into boiling salted water with spatzle press. Cook until water foams. Remove and immediately hold under cold running water. Can put melted butter over spatzle.
