Title: Speedy Chicken and Seafood Categories: Poultry, Fish Yield: 1 Servings 8 oz Pineapple chunks, drained 1 md Onion, chopped (about 1/2 -Cup) 2 cn (10 1/2 ounces each) -chicken a la king 1 cn (4 1/4 ounces) deveined -medium shrimp, rinsed and -drained 2 tb Lemon juice 4 c Hot cooked noodles 2 tb Bac *Os' imitation bacon -Chopped fresh parsley, if -desired Place pineapple and onion in l l/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until onion is crisp-tender. Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp and lemon juice. Cover. tightly and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley. 6 servings.
