Yield: 2 Cups

1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat (12 oz)
1 Onion
2 Jalapeno peppers
4 tb Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Chips and/or crackers

In bowl or food processor fitted with metal blade, blend together SPAM,
onion, and jalapeno pepper until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise. Cover and
chill 1 hour. Serve with chips of crackers.
