1/4 c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/8 ts Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
2 c Cool Whip LiteŽ; Thawed

Mix sugar with spices. Fold in whipped topping. Do not overmix. Serve with
assorted fruit, cookies or cake cubes

Makes 1 2/3 cups.

NOTES : Approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
