Title: Spicy Bean and Corn Salad

16 oz Black Beans; Rinsed And
-Drained
8 oz Corn; Drained
3/4 c Green Onions; Sliced
3/4 c Celery; Finely Sliced
1 sm Red Bell Pepper; Diced
3/4 c Chi Chi's Salsa
1 tb Oil
2 tb Lemon Juice
1/4 ts Cumin

Combine beans, corn, onions, celery and pepper in a salad bowl. Mix salsa
with oil, lemon juice and cumin in a shaker container. Pour over vegetables
and serve.
