Spicy Beef Ribbons
Title: Spicy Beef Ribbons Categories: Barbeque, Beef Yield: 8 Servings 1 lb Rump roast, trimmed Marinade: 1 c Cilantro; finely chopped 1 tb Fresh ginger root; peeled & -minced 4 Cloves garlic; minced 4 tb Sesame oil 2 tb Chili sauce; hot 2 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Rice vinegar 1 Whole lime; juiced pn Sugar; optional 8 Skewers Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer.
