Title: Spicy Broccoli-Orzo Salad

2 1/2 c Steamed broccoli florets
8 oz Orzo cooked & drained
2 lg Tomatoes; chopped
3 md Green onions; chopped
3 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Garlic powder
