Spicy Fish
Title: Spicy Fish Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 1 ts Olive oil 4 oz Fish (1 inch thick) 2 ts Thyme 1 ts Orange peel -- grated 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 1 Clove garlic -- crushed Preheat oven at 400. Spread oil over the bottom of a shallow baking dish; add salmon, turning to coat. In a small mixing bowl, combine thyme, orange peel, salt pepper, and garlic. Rub fish with mixture; cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Bake 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
