Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Title: Spicy Garlic Shrimp Categories: Seafood, Thai Yield: 4 Servings 300 g Shrip, shelled 1 tb Minced garlic 1 tb Cilantro roots 1 ts Pepper 3/4 tb Fish sauce 3/4 tb Maggi sauce 1/2 ts Sugar 2 tb Chicken stock 2 tb Oil 1. Devien shrimp, rinse and drain. 2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent. 2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes. 3.
