Title: Spicy Lamb Shanks Categories: Lamb Yield: 4 Servings 4 Lamb shanks 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Peper 1 c Dried apricots 1 c Pitted prunes 1 c Water 2 tb Vinegar 1/3 c Sugar 1/2 ts Ground allspice 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon 1/4 ts Ground cloves Coat lamb shanks with salt and pepper. Place in slow-cooking pot. Add apricots and prunes. Place in slow-cooking pot. Add apricots and prunes. Combine water and vinegar ith sugar, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour over fruits and meat.
