225 G, 8 oz long grain brown
Rice
5 ml 1 tsp ground turmeric.
1 Stick cinnamon.
1 Bay leaf.
4 Green cardamum pods.
6 Black pepper corns.

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with enough water and bring to the
boil. Cook for 35 minutes or until the rice is tender.
