Title: Spicy Shrimp Salad Categories: Fish, Salad dress Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Medium shrimp, cooked, 1 Peeled and deveined 1 1/2 c Cherry tomatoes cut in half 2 Stalks celery, sliced (about 1 One cup) 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced (about 1 1/4 cup) 1 Avocado, peeled, seeded and 1 Sliced 3/4 c Extra mild picante sauce 1 Lettuce leaves Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce. Serve with additional picante sauce. Serves 4.
