Title: Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce

1/2 c Thin soy sauce
1/4 c Rice wine vinegar (you can
-substitute, such as other
-vinegars balsamic.)
1 tb Sambal
1 tb Chopped scallions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sambal, and chopped
scallions. Serve with Spring Rolls.

Yield: 3/4 cup
