Title: Spinach Dip (Dmn) Categories: Dips, Appetizers Yield: 4 Servings 2 (10-ounce) packages chopped Frozen spinach, thawed and Drained well 1 c Chopped parsley 1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese 4 ts Chopped onion 1 c Mayonnaise 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Garlic powder 2 ts Pepper 1/8 ts Dried thyme Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce Crackers Mix all ingredients, except crackers, thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
